A purchasing map, not a price list

Name the deliverable before the decoration.

A single product image can show a garment, a graphic, an attachment process, and retail presentation. This map helps you state which of those pieces your inquiry actually covers.

Four purchase boundaries

Start with what should arrive in the box.

01

An application-ready component

Will another team attach the design to the final item?

Describe the loose transfer or patch, its measured footprint, backing or carrier, and the material it will eventually meet. A photograph of a decorated shirt does not by itself specify that a shirt is included.

Plan a transfer inquiry
02

A finished decorated item

Do you need the garment and decoration together?

Name the blank, sizes, colors, placement, and finished-unit packing as separate requirements. A sample should be reviewed as the complete item rather than as artwork floating over a generic mockup.

Review garment placement
03

A repeatable identity mark

Must one mark work across several products?

Keep the authorized logo revision, readable text, physical scale, surface relief, and attachment choice together. Approving the front appearance alone leaves the receiving material unanswered.

Examine label decisions
04

A standalone accessory

Is the decorated object itself the sellable unit?

Include hardware, connection points, orientation, and packing in the item definition. An accessory quote needs more than the dimensions of its rhinestone face.

One-page inquiry

Bring the missing information into view.

For your selected route, write down the finished dimensions, authorized artwork, target material, quantities by real variant, and the receiving destination. Mark anything not yet decided as an open question; a blank field should not quietly become a supplier assumption.

Ask for a current quote and sample plan against that exact scope. Price, minimum quantity, availability, and timing are project-specific and are not established by this navigation page.
