Ordering & minimum quantities
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by product, material, size, and whether you select a catalog reference or request custom development. Selected catalog heat transfers start from 50 pieces, while other catalog items use different recorded minimums. Confirm the final MOQ on your written quote.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes, where the product supports sampling. The recorded standard sample range is $45–$120, with the exact fee, dispatch cost, and any production-order refund stated in the quote.
How do I request a quote?
Use the secure inquiry form or email elva@lchotfix.com. Include the product or item code, artwork, finished dimensions, material, quantity, destination country, packing needs, and target date.
Can several designs share one order?
They can be shipped together when practical, but minimum quantities and pricing are normally evaluated per design and specification. List each design and quantity separately in the brief.
Production & quality
How long does production take?
The recorded standard is 10–18 business days from approved sample. Complexity, quantity, materials, packaging, and production scheduling can change that window, so use the confirmed date on the quotation or proforma invoice.
How are confirmed defects handled?
The recorded standard term is a free remake for confirmed defects reported within 30 days. Inspection evidence, affected quantity, and the applicable resolution should be documented against the approved sample and written specification.
How do I validate a rhinestone heat transfer?
Test the supplied transfer on the intended fabric using the confirmed temperature, time, pressure, peel method, and care instructions before running a full garment batch. Different substrates can require different settings.
Can color be matched to a reference?
Send a Pantone reference or physical sample and identify which components are color-critical. Availability and tolerance depend on the stone, thread, fabric, coating, or label material selected.
Design & artwork
Which artwork files can I upload?
The inquiry form accepts AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP, PSD, TIFF, and ZIP files up to 70 MB. Vector artwork is preferred when exact paths, dimensions, and colors matter.
Can LCHOTFIX develop a custom motif?
Yes. Attach the source artwork and describe the desired technique, finished size, colors, receiving garment or accessory, placement, quantity, and destination. Feasibility and sampling are confirmed before bulk production.
Can I reference an existing catalog design?
Yes. Use the exact item code shown in the Designs catalog and list any changes to size, color, material, attachment, placement, or packaging.
Can I submit a brand logo or licensed artwork?
Submit only artwork you own or are authorized to use. If a project requires confidentiality or a separate agreement, request and approve it in writing before sending sensitive production files.
Shipping & payment
Which shipping methods are available?
Recorded options include express air, sea freight, and DDP. Availability, carrier, transit estimate, customs responsibility, and price depend on the shipment and destination and must be confirmed in the quote.
Which payment methods and currencies are used?
The recorded preferred methods are T/T bank transfer, Alibaba, and Wise. USD is standard, with EUR or GBP available on request when confirmed in writing.
What are the standard payment terms?
The recorded standard is a 50% deposit and 50% before shipping. Follow the beneficiary, currency, amount, milestones, and payment instructions on the final invoice.
Who handles customs duties?
Responsibility follows the written shipping or Incoterm agreement. A DDP quote includes a different scope from express or sea freight that excludes destination duties, so confirm the exact term before payment.
