What information belongs in my first LCHOTFIX quote request?
Include the catalog item or requested product, design image, finished dimensions, quantity and delivery country. Describe the receiving garment for a transfer or patch, and list any color, backing or packing changes. Attach artwork if it helps identify the specification.
How should I apply the current 50-piece MOQ to a mixed order?
List each design, color and size with its own quantity. LCHOTFIX currently states a 50-piece MOQ; ask the quotation to show how that minimum applies to the configurations you selected instead of combining unlike items into one total.
What should a pre-order sample confirm for my project?
Define the question before requesting the sample: artwork accuracy, finished size, color, garment attachment or complete accessory assembly. Confirm the sample fee and delivery arrangements in the quote, then record the accepted version and any changes still required.
Which file types does the LCHOTFIX artwork field accept?
The form lists AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, PSD, TIF, TIFF and ZIP, with a 70 MB limit for the uploaded file. For an exact logo outline, provide editable vector paths where available and state the intended finished dimensions in your message.
How do I specify color when ordering stones, thread or fabric?
Identify the component that must match and send a physical reference or the relevant color code. Ask to review the actual stone, thread or fabric sample; a screen image cannot establish the same appearance across different materials and lighting.
What needs testing before I apply a transfer to a garment batch?
Use the exact garment fabric and the transfer supplier's application instructions. Record temperature, pressure, dwell time and peel method, inspect the cooled result, then carry out the agreed care test. Approve that fabric-and-transfer pairing before running the batch.
When should I consider a production date confirmed?
Use the date agreed for your final specification and quantity after artwork and sample approval. Material availability, revisions and packing can affect scheduling. Confirm production completion and shipment transit separately when planning an arrival deadline.
What shipping information should I check on a LCHOTFIX quote?
Check the delivery location, transport method, shipment scope and responsibility for import duties. Also confirm carton details and whether the stated timing is dispatch or arrival. The written shipping agreement should match the destination supplied in your inquiry.
Which document should I use for payment instructions?
Follow the final invoice and the commercial terms agreed for your order. Check the named beneficiary, currency, amount and payment milestones against that record. Resolve any conflicting instruction with your LCHOTFIX contact before making the payment.
What evidence helps LCHOTFIX review an order-quality concern?
Send the order reference, affected item codes, quantities and clear photographs showing the issue. Compare the result with the approved sample and written specification, and retain the packaging or samples needed for review under the order's agreed claim terms.
