When you submit a contact or quote form, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, country or region, requested service, quantity, project details, product reference, and uploaded artwork.

When you use the AI assistant, you must provide a name and email address. The questions you send and the assistant responses are retained with that AI conversation so the team can understand and follow up on the enquiry.

The enquiry system records basic request information such as IP address, browser user agent, source page, referrer, and campaign parameters when available. The AI assistant uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep your registration and conversation connected; it is not used as an advertising identifier.

We use submitted information to review product requirements, prepare or clarify quotations, assess artwork, plan samples and production, answer questions, prevent abuse, maintain enquiry records, and support order-related communication.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card data, government identification, medical information, or other sensitive personal data in a form, upload, or AI message.

LCHOTFIX contact and quote submissions are sent to the central Teebling enquiry system with “LCHOTFIX — lchotfix.com” recorded as their source. Uploaded files are stored with the related enquiry. AI registrations and messages are also processed and stored by the Teebling application for product assistance and follow-up.

Hosting, security, communication, file storage, and AI infrastructure providers may process limited data on our behalf. AI messages are sent through an OpenRouter-compatible service to generate a response. Because LCHOTFIX serves international buyers, information may be processed outside your country.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project or order records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and transport security, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected with an enquiry, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Email elva@lchotfix.com and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record.
