Hosting, security, communication, file storage, and AI infrastructure providers may process limited data on our behalf. AI messages are sent through an OpenRouter-compatible service to generate a response. Because LCHOTFIX serves international buyers, information may be processed outside your country.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project or order records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
