Website purpose
This website presents product categories and catalog references and allows wholesale buyers to submit enquiries. Website content is general information, not a binding offer, purchase agreement, production commitment, or guarantee of availability.
Quotes and orders
A form submission does not create an order. Product, artwork, dimensions, material, quantity, sample status, price, payment, timing, packaging, shipping, and defect terms become binding only when the parties approve the applicable written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, or agreement.
Catalog information
Catalog item codes, materials, dimensions, minimum quantities, prices, and lead-time references may change or require confirmation. Images can vary by screen, crop, lighting, and sample. Request current specifications and an approval sample when appearance or performance is critical.
Artwork and uploads
You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, trademark, image, design, or other file you submit. You authorize the submitted material to be reviewed, stored, and used as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry and, if an order is approved, develop and produce that order.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; upload malware; scrape the site abusively; or use the enquiry and AI endpoints for spam or automated attacks.
AI assistant
The AI assistant provides general product and inquiry guidance and can make mistakes. It may not invent or confirm commercial terms. Verify important materials, prices, minimums, availability, compliance, application settings, timing, shipping, and order decisions with the team in writing.
Intellectual property
The LCHOTFIX name, site design, original copy, and site assets are protected to the extent allowed by law. Third-party product references and submitted customer materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. No license is granted except the limited access needed to use this website.
Third-party and Teebling services
Enquiries and AI conversations are processed through the central Teebling application and may use other hosting, security, logistics, payment, or AI providers. Separate terms can apply to third-party services or a completed transaction.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LCHOTFIX is not responsible for decisions made solely from unconfirmed website or AI information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
