A custom transfer program is more than a sparkly drawing. Buyers need a design that can be repeated across sizes and production runs, plus a clear record of where and how it will be applied. Start with the finished garment: scale, stone spacing, and location all change how the result reads on a body.
Options
Before requesting a wholesale quote, decide whether the transfer should keep one physical footprint across the range or change with garment size. Neither choice is automatically right: the same crystal layout can feel restrained on an adult sweatshirt and crowded on a child-size panel.
Place a physical-size artwork print on the smallest and largest proposed blanks; photograph both at a consistent distance.
If the motif needs two sizes, label each artwork revision and link it to specific garment sizes in the order brief.
Keep the selected transfer dimensions, stone-color map, and measured placement with the approved garment sample.
A quote for several sizes is clearer when the buyer has already chosen one fixed motif or a documented graded set.
What to decide
Send a vector or high-resolution reference and specify the physical width and height. Mark lettering whose legibility is essential. If the mark appears on several garment sizes, decide whether it stays one physical size or scales with the garment before requesting a proof.
A transfer that looks balanced on a flat sheet may feel crowded near a seam or neckline. Test placement on the actual fabric and color. Keep the approved garment photo, artwork revision, and measured placement together so a reorder is not judged from memory.
Record approved stone colors, transfer dimensions, and orientation. Ask for a new proof when the blank, fabric finish, or artwork changes; an earlier application result is not automatically transferable to a different garment.
