Four-zone method

Each T-shirt zone — front chest, full front, back yoke, sleeve — has different usable dimensions, seam distances, and press-access requirements. Name the zone before finalizing the transfer size.

The correct size depends on the approved graphic, the garment style and panel dimensions, viewing distance, stone mapping, and the buyer's program intent.
