Buyer perspective
A rhinestone order can look finished in a digital proof while still lacking the details needed for production. The buyer's job is to keep the intended sparkle, physical construction, application route, and receiving conditions connected. This checklist is a release discipline, not a claim that every supplier passes the same test.

Confirm design identity
Record artwork revision, actual motif dimensions, stone size and finish, color codes, orientation, and any lettering that must be legible. Confirm who owns the artwork and how substitutions would be approved. Compare a physical sample rather than approving only a rendered image.

Verify application
Identify the actual fabric, placement, carrier, and supplier-confirmed press process. Inspect an applied sample for alignment, missing stones, edge feel, and garment response after relevant care. Mark whether the test covers every fabric or only one named blank.

Release the commercial record
Check quantity by design, current minimum, quote inclusions, sample sign-off, packing, carton marks, destination, and dispatch assumptions. Name who receives defect reports and how a changed component triggers reapproval.

Compare planned and received evidence
A pre-order checklist is more valuable when it also defines what the buyer will verify on arrival. Pair each critical specification with a physical or documentary receiving check.
Design
Compare motif scale, stone pattern, finish, and orientation with the accepted specimen and drawing.
Application
Verify the sampled garment and process correspond to the product actually ordered.
Delivery
Match quantity, SKU labels, inner packs, carton marks, and agreed documents to the purchase record.
An approval record should travel with the order and the inbound inspection; otherwise defects become arguments about what was originally requested.
