What to decide
State whether branding is applied to a cut panel or a completed shoe. Map stitching, overlays, reinforcement, and access for the pressing or attachment equipment. A logo position that looks open in a rendering may not be reachable after assembly.
Mark likely flex, abrasion, and lace-contact zones on the actual style. Trial the proposed construction on the target upper material and inspect after representative bending and handling. Also review edge feel and appearance alongside neighboring materials.
Record physical logo size, orientation, color, material, placement origin, upper substrate, and sample code for each relevant style. If the pattern changes between sizes or models, confirm whether placement or dimensions must be revised.
