Define the brand detail
Specify logo size, line thickness, color boundaries and desired height. A physical sample shows whether fine details remain clear and whether the edge looks right on fabric.
Check material and attachment
Ask how each construction is made and fixed to the garment. Surface texture, stretch and wash process can affect the label's appearance and bond.
Control the accepted version
Compare hand feel, color, edge profile and wear after care testing. Record the chosen material and application instruction so a later batch does not silently change construction.

Make the material comparison falsifiable
Request two samples with the same logo, dimensions and intended placement, each labeled with its actual material and construction. Apply both to the same production textile. Inspect relief, edge profile, flexibility and small-detail clarity before and after the agreed care test. If a supplier describes a label as 'silicone-style' or 'rubber-like,' do not infer its composition from that appearance; ask for written material identification.
