Separate layout from adhesion
The carrier preserves the stone pattern before application; it is not the permanent bond. Check that the motif is oriented correctly and that no stones moved during handling.
Provide uniform contact
The adhesive needs an appropriate combination of heat, time and pressure at the stone base. Fabric texture, seams or thick areas can prevent even contact despite a correct machine display.
Judge the cooled result
Follow the specified peel condition, allow the sample to cool, then inspect edges and dense areas. Finish with the planned wear and wash checks before approving a production cycle.
Field exercise
Trace each layer in a transfer sample
Lay out an unused transfer beside an applied garment. The carrier's job is to hold the motif in position; the bonding layer on each stone must interact with the receiving textile under the specified process. After application, inspect whether the carrier was removed at the correct stage and whether every stone stayed in the intended position. Test the cooled garment rather than judging the warm result alone.
