Buyer perspective
The words TPU heat transfer do not supply a universal press recipe. A carrier, adhesive, relief, and garment finish may change what must happen during application. Obtain the instructions for the exact quoted label and prove the result on the actual receiving blank before writing a production work order.
Sample protocol
A production team receives a raised logo but no reliable process sheet for the actual garment. Someone suggests copying settings from a different transfer. Stop and assemble a trial packet for the quoted label and blank instead of turning a guess into a line instruction.
Record face, reverse, carrier, physical dimensions, and current supplier instructions. Photograph both sides with the label code so another operator can identify the same item.
Map the fabric finish, seam, lining, and equipment support at the chosen panel. Document actual trial conditions as observations, not as advice for unrelated constructions.
After cooling, inspect edge contact, relief detail, carrier release, textile change, and relevant care. Sign the exact accepted sample and link it to the work order.
A production recipe belongs to an identified label-blank pairing, not to the letters TPU.

Sample note
Record label code, artwork revision, dimensions, relief, face and reverse descriptions, carrier, and any release sequence. Ask the maker which instructions apply to that construction. A photo of the front face cannot tell an operator what remains on the garment.

State garment model, fabric, color, panel, seams, lining, and equipment available. Check whether the whole mark can contact the support surface evenly. Run a supervised sample with the supplier's current process; log actual settings without presenting them as a universal recommendation.

After cooling and carrier removal, review edge contact, relief clarity, garment surface, reverse effect, and relevant care. If the blank or label changes, retest rather than reusing the old record. Archive the accepted sample with the work order.
