Placement trial
Test the longest word before cutting a full alphabet run.
Make a full-size paper placement
Lay out the intended word at the proposed letter height and measure the total width, including gaps. Repeat on the narrowest receiving panel in your range. This exposes a crowded name before individual patches are ordered.
Keep the approved baseline
Photograph the trial with a ruler and identify the fabric color. Use that record to check that curved and straight letters sit on one line in the finished sample.
Before release
A sample that settles the hard letters
Request two proof characters: one with broad straight strokes to judge the square grid, and one with an opening to judge round-stone detail. Photograph both on the receiving fabric at normal viewing distance. An attractive close-up is not enough if the chosen scale makes a word difficult to read.

Buyer questions
Should I order an equal quantity of every letter?
No. Build a count from the names or initials you intend to sell, then add your preferred spare allowance by character. An evenly divided A–Z mix can leave common letters short and uncommon letters unused.
Is there one fixed height for this alphabet?
The pictured reference does not publish a fixed height. Send the target height and an artwork placement mockup; approve a physical character at that scale before confirming the full assortment.
Can I choose a heat-applied backing from the photograph?
No. The face photograph does not establish the reverse or attachment method. Include your receiving fabric and requested application process in the inquiry, then approve a backing sample before bulk release.
