A short deadline does not eliminate artwork approval, substrate testing, or shipment uncertainty. The historical URL describes a request type, not a standing LCHOTFIX rush service. Buyers should make the target date and its meaning explicit, then ask which steps can be confirmed without compromising the finished item.

Measure slack before requesting expedition
Start at the required use date and trace backward through receipt, transit, dispatch, inspection, production, and sample approval. The smallest remaining interval exposes the real constraint more clearly than the word rush.

An urgent request is feasible only if the critical path and its owners fit the date; urgency alone does not create capacity.
