A maker can price a precise construction or propose an alternative, but cannot reliably compare several implied products in one vague sentence. Give every proposed build a distinct row and mark unknowns openly.

Describe the item
Attach authorized artwork, state physical dimensions, colors, material intent, surface finish, edge, backing, and receiving garment or accessory. For a transfer, include fabric and application context. Mark any reference image as inspiration rather than an approved production specification.

State the commercial frame
Show quantities by design and variant, intended destination, packaging needs, required sample stage, and desired schedule. Ask the supplier to identify setup, freight, taxes, and other exclusions rather than assuming the unit price covers every step.

Ask for alternatives explicitly
If budget or minimum is uncertain, invite a second technical proposal with changed material, detail, or quantity clearly marked. Request current capability and written terms for the exact project. Keep the original and alternative scopes separate during approval.
