The photographed felt letters combine pearl-look beads and crystals. Their widths vary by character, so a wholesale brief starts with the name layout and a per-letter tally.
Read each letter as its own outline.
Open counters
Make sure the interior of a curved or enclosed character stays legible at normal viewing distance.
Narrow forms
A slim character occupies less width; inspect its border and alignment beside wider letters.
Build an allocation sheet before requesting quantity.
Write each intended word or initial set, then total every repeated character across the whole order. Name the garment color, placement and pack grouping for each use. A request for “50 alphabets” cannot express the same need as a character-by-character bill.

The archived 4.5 × 5 cm figure is a family reference. The pictured character chart makes clear that outlines are not identical. Request actual width and height for each selected letter, set the word on a garment mockup and approve total line width plus spacing—not just a single sample character.
Compare pearl-look shine against the fabric.
The light beads and crystals can blend into a pale base or stand sharply against dark material. Put a full word on the intended color and inspect under ordinary retail lighting. Keep the felt edge and the bead line visibly separate where readability matters.

Test the backing before labeling the method.
The material field identifies a felt construction, not how every letter is attached. Request a reverse view and apply representative tight and wide characters to the production substrate. Inspect edges and raised beads after expected handling; document the proven process rather than assuming iron-on performance.
Pack by character so the order can be audited.
Ask for individually identified character counts or an agreed word-set pack. Check that the quantity received matches the allocation sheet before distribution. The site currently labels an MOQ of 50; confirm whether that minimum is per character, design, pack or overall order, as well as availability of letters not shown in the reference image.

No. That is a family reference, while the pictured chart shows characters with different widths and heights. Request dimensions for every letter in your chosen word.

Can an alphabet assortment replace a character tally?
A bulk order should specify the quantity of each letter, including repeats. Ask for current character availability and approve a full-size layout before production.

Are these confirmed to be heat-applied?
The record identifies pearl-look and rhinestone felt material but does not establish a universal backing or attachment process. Verify the reverse and test an applied sample on the receiving article.
