Organize a bulk hotfix motif range by size, colorway, garment use, sample approval, and reorder identity.
Buyer perspective
A bulk motif purchase often includes several shapes and colors. Without a design matrix, it becomes difficult to tell which artwork was tested on which garment, or whether a reorder matches the original. The buyer should approve each distinct motif as a measurable item.
What to decide
Give every combination of shape, size, and stone color a clear identifier. Record orientation and intended placement. A visually similar motif in another size is a different component and should not inherit approval automatically.
Apply samples to the garments and fabrics planned for the range. Compare color contrast and inspect the outer silhouette at normal viewing distance. Note any design that requires a different placement rule.
Save a physical sample or calibrated image, dimensions, stone colors, artwork revision, and approved substrate. Quote current minimums and timing for the exact assortment, not a generic motif category.
Buying matrix
A shape name is not a sufficient reorder identifier. Use separate columns for dimensions, stone finish, approved placement, and design revision.
