Build a brief that can be tested
Approve the decorated garment
Inspect alignment, stone coverage, fabric surface, and garment appearance after cooling. Apply the care process relevant to your sale and record results. Save the actual approved shirt and its transfer revision.
Plan inspection and packout
Define acceptable placement variation, missing-stone handling, size labeling, individual packing, and carton assortment. Give quantities by size and color. Confirm whether the quote covers blank sourcing, decoration, inspection, and shipping.

Record acceptable variation and inspection responsibility in writing; keep the approved shirt for comparison. Examine a packed sample as well: folding can hide the motif, and a size sticker placed over stones may damage the presentation.
