Mark solid decorative areas and fine cutouts on a final-size proof; ask which small features need simplification.
Use the receiving garment and record who applied the transfer and with what supplier-approved process.
Compare edge definition, hand feel, and finish after relevant care under repeatable lighting, not only under a flash.

What to decide
Field folio 01
Provide a physical-size artwork proof and identify which areas should carry the decorative finish. Mark small text and fine gaps that must remain clear. Request a representative finish swatch only as a first step; the sample must also be judged at the intended placement.
Field folio 02
Document garment construction, color, stretch, and nearby seams or prints. Ask for an application trial on the actual material and record the equipment and process used by the decorator. Inspect edge quality, hand feel, and appearance after the product's relevant care cycle.

Approve finish color and surface effect under consistent lighting. Keep artwork, finish sample, decorated garment, and revision code together. If the foil or glitter source, blank, or placement changes, confirm whether another physical approval is needed.
