Approval gate
A buyer requests a bow patch with a familiar professional-team color palette and sends a screenshot of a protected crest. Treat that screenshot as a styling discussion, not production artwork. The inspection must establish rights and legibility before any patch is authorized.
Identify the owner of the submitted mark and the permitted product use. If authorization cannot be documented, replace it with an original generic ball, bow, or letter treatment.

Place the full outline on the actual uniform, warm-up, bag, or accessory. Confirm the quoted backing and how the piece will be attached. Check whether the bow tails fold at seams or rub against straps after normal movement.
Inspection point 03
Assign each motif, colorway, and size an identifier. List required quantities by team, garment, or event batch, including any separately approved spare stock. A shared color palette does not make different motif versions interchangeable at picking.
