Wholesale Rhinestone Transfers: Assortment and Reorder Planning

Compare rhinestone transfer options for a wholesale assortment and establish the SKU, sample, and reorder records buyers need.

Buyer perspective

When buying several rhinestone transfer designs, the main risk is not choosing a single attractive motif. It is losing control of the assortment: which artwork was approved, which version went to which blank, and how the next purchase will match the first. Treat each motif-and-size combination as a distinct buying decision.

What to decide

Build a brief that can be tested

01

Build a design matrix

List the motif, dimensions, stone color, planned garment, and placement in one sheet. Separate proven repeat designs from seasonal tests. This makes samples comparable and prevents a popular graphic from quietly changing dimensions between orders.

02

Test the sellable item

Check the decorated garment under normal light and after the care process relevant to your customer. Look for skewed alignment, missing stones, and areas where the fabric changes texture. A loose transfer proof cannot answer those garment-level questions.

03

Prepare replenishment

Keep an approved sample image and revision identifier for every line item. Ask for the current minimum, pricing basis, and lead time for the specific assortment rather than assuming one policy applies to all designs.

Make the assortment traceable

A transfer assortment is easy to browse and surprisingly hard to replenish. Give each combination of motif, size, and stone color its own line, even when the photographs look similar. That line becomes the link between the sample you approved and the quantity you later reorder.

Line itemEvidence to record
Line identityPair a reference image with a working SKU and record its dimensions rather than relying on an informal design nickname.
Use assignmentNote the intended blank and placement for each line; an approved transfer alone does not approve every finished garment.
Reorder evidenceKeep the final sample photograph and artwork revision beside the line item before adding it to a repeat purchase.

A smaller assortment with controlled line identities can be easier to repeat than a larger set of loosely described motifs.
