The photographed flags and messages illustrate construction only. Supply artwork you are entitled to reproduce; color, geometry and positioning are approved from a physical sample. Current quantity and timing must be established in writing.

Size the mating surface to the badge, not the other way around.
A receiver smaller than the patch can leave loose corners. A wider receiver can remain visible around the border. Lay the finished badge over the actual vest, bag or equipment panel and document the visible margin, stitch path and hook/loop orientation.

Does the patch include the receiving panel?
Do not assume it does. The quotation must identify patch-only or complete matched pair and show which side is on each component.
Which side should carry hooks?
Specify that orientation for your use case and confirm it on a physical sample with the intended bag, vest or garment.
May pictured slogans be reproduced?
Only artwork you own or are authorized to use should enter production; the photographed emblems are construction examples.

Current minimum is 50 pieces. In the written request, distinguish patch-only units from complete badge-and-receiver pairs and list each identifier and hook/loop orientation separately.
