Sequin tiger head embroidery patches in bulk need more than a sparkle check. Approve the eyes, stripes, nose and outer edge at the intended jacket scale before discussing an assortment.

Read the portrait in three passes.
Sequin travel
Check how sequins turn through the brow and cheeks. Agree the intended lay direction and acceptable gaps on a physical specimen.
Cut edge
Trace the ear tips, cheek fur and chin; the silhouette should not lose important embroidered detail at the perimeter.
Placement before volume
Measure the whole head, not just the face.

Keep one signed reference
Retain the approved patch beside the artwork revision and photographs of the full garment. Specify which visible version is the master if the collage shows alternatives.
Test before writing care claims
Use the intended application and care process on a trial garment; document any sequin lift, loose embroidery or edge movement. No wash or durability result is established by the image.
Transit check
The sequins must survive the carton.
Agree how finished tiger heads are separated so raised sequin areas do not rub against another patch edge. Open a trial pack after ordinary handling and compare the face with the approved master, especially around the ears and muzzle.
Record carton orientation, pieces per inner pack and any protective sheet in the purchase specification. Packaging should be approved as a sample, not inferred from a product photograph.
