Rhinestone T-Shirt Size Allocation Guide

Allocate rhinestone T-shirt quantities from actual blank measurements, buyer demand, artwork scale, and replenishment records.

Buyer perspective

A bulk shirt order can have a good design and the wrong size mix. A generic ratio hides differences between garment cuts, audiences, and markets. Start with the exact blank's measurement chart and the buyer's own demand evidence, then inspect the decoration at both ends of the planned size range.

What to decide

Build a brief that can be tested

  1. 1

    Milestone 01

    Confirm the fit system

Record blank model, cut, fabric, color, and the actual supplier size chart. Compare measurements rather than assuming a letter size is consistent across brands or styles. If several blanks are used, keep each size run separate.

  2. 2

    Milestone 02

    Test motif proportion

Place the same physical design on a small and large representative shirt and review worn views. Decide whether one transfer width works across all sizes or whether the program needs more than one controlled artwork scale.

  3. 3

    Milestone 03

    Set an evidence-based mix

Use prior sales, preorder data, or a cautious trial to allocate quantities by style, color, and size. Mark assumptions openly and keep spare stock separate. Replenish from actual sell-through rather than copying an untested generic curve.

Buying matrix

Convert demand evidence into a controlled size matrix

A seller knows the total shirt quantity but has not decided which sizes to buy. A generic size ratio would disguise cut differences and unsold-stock risk. Build the assortment from the exact blank and the audience's available demand signals.

Line itemEvidence to record
Blank baselineRecord supplier model, cut, color, and measurement chart. If a second blank is introduced, keep its size run separate even when both tags use the same letters.
Decoration scaleReview a small and a large physical shirt with the same-size motif. If proportion or positioning no longer works, create a separately identified artwork scale before setting quantities.
Allocation recordUse actual preorder or sell-through evidence when available; otherwise label the trial mix as an assumption. Reconcile totals by size, color, and design, then revise from subsequent demand.

The matrix should make the chosen evidence and uncertain assumptions visible to the buyer.
