View the cooled garment from the front and at an angle. Check alignment against placement measurements, edge adhesion, and any visible press effect on fabric. Review representative garment sizes and colorways when they change the visual result.
Photograph defects with a ruler or placement reference and note the garment and artwork revision. Distinguish a transfer construction issue from an application issue before deciding whether to rework or reorder.
