- Record motif, physical dimensions, stone palette, orientation, and any apparel-size adaptation.
- Unit count
- Write sample, pilot, and repeat quantities separately for each design rather than combining them.
- Quote match
- Ask for the threshold, pack multiple, setup, and timing attached to every line; mark pooled quantities only when confirmed.
If the accepted sample and quote use different motif codes, resolve that mismatch before the order is released.
