A ready design can shorten the artwork decision, but it does not remove the need for product specification. Buyers still need to know the motif's physical dimensions, stone finish, orientation, and how it looks after application to their own blank.
What to decide
Check full width and height including outermost stones. Compare the motif at actual scale on the smallest intended garment size. A catalog thumbnail can exaggerate detail or hide how much blank space surrounds the mark.
Apply the design to the actual fabric and inspect color contrast, alignment, and care behavior. A motif that photographs well on white may have a different visual weight on dark or textured material.
Record the item identifier, dimensions, stone colors, approved placement, and sample photo. If an assortment includes several similar motifs, give each its own purchase line to prevent substitution on reorder.
Specification
A pre-made rhinestone layout may reduce artwork decisions, but it still has to fit the item being decorated. Compare the transfer's actual dimensions and orientation with the available garment panel, then look at how the design reads across colors and sizes in the planned assortment.
