A handoff pack for repeat runs
Archive an approved physical patch, a dated artwork revision, thread-color references and a photographed placement on the final fabric.
Separate the count by motif rather than listing one total for the whole collage. Ask the factory to identify which version is represented in each sample and production carton.
Record any size or backing variation explicitly. The 2.1-inch listing does not prove every irregular shape has identical overall dimensions.
