Buyer perspective
A label on a bag or wallet may be stitched, attached as a separate badge, or applied to a suitable panel. The construction choice depends on the actual leather or alternative material, lining, finish, and assembly sequence. A sample on generic cloth cannot answer whether a mark belongs on the intended accessory.
What to decide
Map seams, folded edges, pocket openings, hardware, and zones handled often by the user. Note whether the panel can be decorated before assembly. Keep branding away from areas where a raised edge would catch or where stitching would interfere with function.
Provide the same logo and final dimensions for candidate methods. Examine texture, relief, edge finish, color, and attachment on the exact material and finish. Ask for a separate trial when a coated surface, backing, or lining changes.
Save the approved accessory sample, placement measurement, label material, artwork revision, and attachment method. Bags and wallets often share branding but not panel geometry, so assign item-specific placement approval rather than copying one photo across all styles.
Approval gate
A branding sample should be reviewed in the context of the complete item. The same label can appear balanced on a wallet yet interfere with a bag pocket or strap when moved without a new placement decision.

Check actual-size logo detail, visible edge, hand feel, and color against the approved physical sample.
Open and handle the finished item; verify the label does not obstruct function or catch at a high-contact edge.
Save placement measurements and a sample code per style. Shared artwork does not mean all accessories share one mounting specification.
