A flower shown in a close-up looks airy, yet the requested smaller patch compresses the spaces between its petals. Measure the outside shape and the internal openings on a physical-size proof before judging its garment placement.

Outer size
Record maximum width and height, including any tip or stone extending beyond the base. Try that outline against the smallest planned garment panel.
Interior gaps
Check how each petal separates from its neighbors at ordinary viewing distance. If the center cluster merges with the petals, simplify it before preparing a sample.
Applied position
Test the quoted backing on the exact fabric and recheck symmetry, visible base, petal tips, and nearby seams after cooling and handling.

The flower should remain a flower on the worn product, not merely in a magnified listing image.
