A proof worth keeping
Photograph the approved letter at normal viewing distance on the actual garment color. Keep that image beside the close-up stone-setting proof; both answer different questions at inspection.

The dark separation line is part of the design. If a small-size proof squeezes the inner and outer crystal runs together, the letter can look like one bright block rather than a deliberate double-row patch.

A name assortment is a countable bill of characters. The table is a request format, not a proposed stock mix or a claim about available quantities.

The double-row look depends on uninterrupted parallel crystal lanes. Request a letter-level packing list so that a mixed order can be checked against the approved tally before patches are distributed to garments.

Character-mix inquiry
Start with the letters you will really use.
Attach the count by character, desired height, application surface and sample notes. Current MOQ is 50 pieces; the mix and terms need written confirmation.
Questions before the order
Is this the same construction as the square-grid alphabet?
No. This reference uses round crystals in nested rows over a black letter silhouette. The separate square-grid design has a different visual fill and should be quoted by its own item code.
How should I state quantities for a name-patch order?
Send the actual names or a count by letter, plus your intended spare quantity. A flat A–Z assortment can overstock uncommon letters while leaving a shortfall of repeat characters.
Does the photograph prove a finished letter height?
No verified height is supplied for this reference. Name the height you need, review a scale proof, and approve a physical letter on the receiving item before repeating it across the order.
