Buyer perspective
Transfer orders become harder when the buyer mixes artwork, garment sizes, and decorators without a version ledger. Decide what is being bought: loose transfers, decorated shirts, or both. Then pair each design with its blank, placement, and application responsibility.
Buying matrix
The order sheet should let a decorator, buyer and receiver identify one exact finished variant without reading a long email thread.

If one design is applied to two different blanks, create two approval lines. The same transfer artwork does not prove the same finished shirt result.
What to decide
Field note 01
List design code, physical size, stone or color treatment, garment model, garment color, placement, and quantity. A single total hides which variants need a sample or separate setup. Split the matrix when one motif is offered at two widths.
Field note 02
Identify who presses the transfer and who inspects the finished shirt. Test the actual transfer on each distinct fabric or finish. Record the process supplied for the quoted construction; do not borrow settings from a different material.
Field note 03
Save the approved artwork, decorated sample photograph, blank identifier, placement dimensions, and packing rules. If the shirt supplier changes, require a new sample before treating the old transfer approval as portable.
