Finished edge
Specify shield, circle, rectangle or another outline, plus border width and finished dimensions.
Thread map
Name each color, lettering size and the areas that should be filled rather than outlined.
Receiving article
State fabric, color, application method and location on the garment or bag.
Proof before quantity
Do fine details survive thread?
An enlarged screen image can hide the limits of a small stitched badge. Evaluate the physical proof at its finished size.
Check the smallest text at normal viewing distance; enlarge or simplify if it closes up.
Inspect filled areas, fabric distortion and thread coverage in a representative sample.
Confirm sew-on, heat-applied or another backing only after testing it on the actual receiving textile.
Keep each artwork on its own quote line.
A mixed order can contain different edges, sizes and stitch colors. Number each design and match it to a sample, quantity and pack label. Neither a fixed size nor a current backing method is established by the collage alone.

Draw the border at finished scale.
The collage contains curved and angular badges. Their edge treatments cannot be assumed identical. Put the cut line and stitched border on the same proof so the finished shape does not trim off lettering or a narrow color field.
Regular outline
For circles or simple shields, approve a border width and color against the actual patch dimensions.
Detailed silhouette
For scenic or irregular artwork, mark tiny projections and the minimum space between edge and stitching on the proof.
On-article check
A good patch can still sit badly on a garment.
Place the approved stitched sample at its intended location on the real fabric. Check drape, seam clearance and reverse-side access. If the buyer asks for heat application, qualify the backing only through a textile-specific trial; do not infer settings from a construction photo.

Can we use a logo shown in the collage?
The pictured designs illustrate embroidery construction, not reproduction rights. Submit original or licensed artwork for your own order.
Which backing comes with the reference?
No single backing is established for every shape shown. State sew-on, heat-applied or another requested finish and approve it on the receiving material.
Can several designs make up 50 pieces?
List quantities per artwork and ask for written confirmation of how the current MOQ applies to your mix; distinct proofs may need separate quote lines.
