Is the stated length the usable sewn length?

Approximately 90 cm is the listed length per unit. Measure a sample and allow for starts, ends, joins and any rejected links when planning usable coverage.

Can the marquise links reverse direction around a curve?

Only a physical layout test can settle that. Place the selected trim on the actual route and check stone orientation and claw exposure through the curve.
