A small bear with a very visible color decision.

At 4.3 × 5.2 cm, this seated-bear felt reference is deliberately compact. Clear, pink, champagne, and multicolor stone treatments change the visual weight without changing the silhouette. The buyer’s first decision is which version the sample and quantity actually represent.

Before the press

The patch and the garment need to be tested together.

Felt, stone, and receiving fabric meet at one small area. A smooth cotton panel and a thick textured accessory may call for different handling; do not publish one universal press setting for both.

    Place at actual scale

    Mark a 4.3 × 5.2 cm boundary on the proposed bag, tee, or sleeve.

    Inspect the silhouette

    Check ears, paws, and colored fields for clean outline separation.

    Release by colorway

    Record quantities and packing labels for each approved bear version.

Ears and paws

Small projecting shapes are where the bear silhouette can lose definition. Compare the cut edge and stone placement with the approved colorway sample.

Reverse and backing

Ask to see the back of the patch and confirm the attachment construction in writing. The front photograph alone cannot document adhesive or care behavior.

Sample acceptance

Make one patch travel through the intended use.

Attach

Apply the approved bear to the actual receiving fabric using a tested process; record the fabric, location, and method beside the sample.

Handle

Flex the article as it will be worn or carried. Recheck the outline and the colored stone groups after the article has cooled.

Document

Photograph front and reverse, note any edge lift, and keep the accepted sample with its exact colorway and order code.

Bear-patch order questions

Can the four photographed colors be mixed within the MOQ?
Current MOQ is 50 pieces, but the permitted color split is subject to the written quotation. Give a count for every approved treatment.
Does the 4.3 by 5.2 cm size include a garment placement allowance?
It is the patch reference size. Measure the destination panel separately and keep enough clearance from seams, edges, and other decoration.
What confirms an iron-on method for my material?
A sample application on that material. Confirm the actual backing and tested attachment process with the supplier rather than inferring them from the image.
