Which seam should the buyer see first?

Brown field / clear seams

The dark brown stone ground leaves the curved, pale seam lines highly visible. Compare the seam spacing across the full circle before approving a sample.

Bright field / red seams

The white-looking crystal field has red stitched-ball arcs. Check red tone and continuity at hand-held distance; do not combine this motif with the brown version in an unlabelled pack.

Use-case inspection

Let the assembled charm swing before sign-off.

A ball that looks centered on a table may hang at an angle once the ring, clip and tassel take weight. Test the complete sample on the bag handle or key ring where it will actually be used.

  1. Hang

    Watch whether the baseball face rotates away from view.

  2. Movement

    Check that the tassel and connector do not snag each other.

  3. Contact

    Look for rubbing between the stone face and nearby hardware.

Avoid a mixed-color receiving error.

If both baseball versions are in one purchase order, give each an unmistakable color label and carton count. Request a packing photo that shows the fully attached tassel and fittings, not loose ball motifs. The written quote should confirm whether a color split is available within the current 50-piece minimum.
