Small silver-studded block-letter wordmark on a dark TPU outline held between fingers

Small marks / precise decisions

A compact TPU logo should not lose a letter.

The dark outline and closely set reflective points make this a useful reference for adhesive-backed TPU logo labels in bulk. Legibility, backing and placement all need separate approval.

Inspect the name as geometry.

Open counters

Look inside letters with enclosed spaces after the proposed decorative point pattern is applied.

Outline continuity

Check joins and corners in the dark border at the true final width, not a digitally enlarged crop.

Point spacing

Agree the reflective-point rhythm and any deliberate blank spaces in the approved proof.

Brand file

Use an authorized, versioned vector mark; don't recreate a trademark from a screenshot.

Position lab

Test the logo where it will live.

At 5 × 3 cm, a pocket, sleeve and hem create three different reading conditions.

Send a garment diagram showing the proposed location and orientation. Include distances from seams or edges so the transfer is repeatable in production.

Pin a full-size proof on the final textile. View it while the garment lies flat and while it is worn or shaped. If the background absorbs the dark outline, revise contrast before ordering.

Separate backing claims from bond evidence.

Before

Identify the fabric, coatings and any stretch behavior relevant to the placement.

During

Document the supplier-recommended attachment settings used on a physical trial.

After

Inspect edge adhesion, readability and appearance after the agreed wear and care tests.

Bring the artwork, fabric and placement together.

Current MOQ: 50 pieces; variant allocation, sample eligibility and terms are confirmed in writing.

A purchase order should point to one approved art revision and one tested garment construction.

  1. 1.Confirm finished outside dimensions and outline color.
  2. 2.Archive a production-scale image of each approved letter.
  3. 3.Keep the tested fabric sample and attachment record.
  4. 4.Identify the acceptance check for edges and decorative points.

Wear-position review

A logo on a bend is a different test.

If the wordmark crosses a sleeve or another moving panel, compare a trial applied at that location with one on a flatter area. Note any cracking, lifting or visual distortion after the buyer-defined movement cycle.

Specify the exact panel and test method in the approval record. The adhesive-backed description alone does not establish stretch suitability or a universal wash result.

Compare the raised shield TPU label reference, where relief shape takes precedence over wordmark spacing. Explore additional PU, TPU and silicone label designs.

Adhesive-backed logo FAQs

Does adhesive backing remove the need for an attachment trial?

No. The specified backing is a product feature, not proof of bonding on every substrate. Test the actual textile and approved application process before production.

Can the pictured lettering be replaced with our logo?

Submit an authorized vector artwork file. A fresh proof should confirm each counter, outline gap and decorative point at the proposed final size; the pictured wordmark is only a construction reference.

What should a bulk quote identify?

Include the final art revision, nominal 5 × 3 cm reference or desired size, fabric, placement, color treatment, quantity by version and delivery destination. The supplier should confirm final details in writing.

A clear logo deserves a clear production brief.

Include reference GZ-FC-003, final artwork and the receiving textile.
