Inspect each teardrop trail while the crown is curved on a head form, not flattened for a photo.

Ask for a rear view and test the chosen closure through its usable range before fixing size labels.
Keep wash and stone map together.
Light and dark cap bodies may show the same AB stones differently. Approve each wash under the same lighting and use a separate sample ID for its crown and brim decoration. A photo alone cannot establish wash tolerance.
Receiving checklist
Request front, side, underside and rear-fastener photos for each approved wash. Carton labels should identify the wash and count so one cap color is not substituted for another.

- What does ‘adjustable’ tell us about fit?
- Only that adjustment is intended. Confirm the actual closure and usable head-circumference range from a physical sample.
- Are both denim-look washes identical?
- The photographs show light and dark appearances; approve a separate wash and crystal-placement sample for each one you plan to order.
- How should decorated brims be packed?
- Specify protection that keeps one cap from abrading another, then verify the proposed packing against an opened carton sample.
