Identify every separate color field and the texture, if any, inside it.
Small lettering
Test each letter at the recorded 7.5 cm reference scale; simplify details that merge.

Use 7.5 cm only as the pictured reference; confirm your own crest dimensions.

Test the crest on the fabric that will carry it.
A raised edge can look different when the textile bends. Confirm the requested attachment method, placement and care trial on the buyer's real garment material. Inspect the full perimeter and small lettering after the agreed handling test, then retain that approved sample as the production reference.
Do not infer press settings, wash durability or an included backing from the picture.

No. That is the recorded example dimension; specify your target width and height and review legibility at that size.
